I’ve talked about using technology to help lose weight and today I’m going to put my technology to the test. As of this writing on July 30th, I weigh 296lbs with a BMI of 40. I don’t have a goal, other than to get to a healthy weight/BMI; which, at my height of 5’11”, is around 136 – 172 lbs. and a BMI of 18.5 – 25.
I’m going to be using a variety of technologies including smartphone apps, fitness trackers, and healthy recipe sites. Today is Day 0, the day that I decide that being healthy is important to me and that I am sick of being a fat slob! 😀
