Weight Loss Days 2-4: Whoops

My memory sucks sometimes. Normally, whatever I forget isn’t very important; but forgetting my diet is pretty devastating (to my diet, that is). Spent the last three days forgetting to track pretty much everything, along with eating the worst things like fried food, ice cream, and pop.

Along with that, I forgot to even post updates.

Day 5 should be better…
